7-Week Cycling for Fitness (and alleycat winning)

I got this book from the library today, my training regime for the Bristol Alleycat starts tomorrow. Unfortunately I don't have 7 full weeks before I attempt take the gold medal from the Bristol locals so hopefully cramming the 7 weeks into 4 weeks will be enough to teach those Englishmen a lesson, haha.
