Racing On Italian Steel

People still actually race on nice vintage steel track bikes in many places, like these guys in Estonia. From the performance point of view it would probably make sense to sell these bikes on Ebay and get some contemporary aero aluminum instead but hey, steel is real, right?

(Thanks to Jii for digging up the pics.)

The Ali Baba's Cave

Just some cycling club or velodrome's collection of old junk for sale on German Ebay right now, consisting of about 50 track frames, 20 road frames, 120 forks, 90 wheels, 200 rims, boxes and boxes of parts etc. And it ALL could be all yours for just  20 000 13 200€.

Gigantic!

...unlikely yes, but maybe it's a team of dwarves? Ok, it's from World Track Cycling Championship `89 in Lyon, France and the photo comes from here.
