Jimmy Lizama - My Message is Bicycle (TEDxUCLA)
Jimmy Lizama has been a bicycle messenger in Los Angeles for over a decade. His vocation has taken him around the world to participate in bike messenger events and locally it has inspired and facilitated several ventures into invoking bicycle culture in the city he holds so dear, chief among them The Bicycle Kitchen/La Bicicocina, a DIY bicycle repair space in East Hollywood that he originated in a small kitchen of the Los Angeles Eco Village, an intentional community in Korea Town. With subpoenas, 6 packs, prose, pizzas, costumes, flyers and now a 1-year old boy in tow, Jimmy has navigated the expanse of L.A. without a car his entire life. He invites you to join him as he cycles through what it means to ride a bike in L.A. and why it's vital that you join the club atop two "push-pedals."

These photos are apparently all from 1995 and if that is true, especially the guy above was so much ahead of his time that it just blows my mind, or maybe this just proves that everything goes around in circles.

Seoul has been investing huge budget in its bike lane project since 1990s. The initial intention of the project itself was seemed promising. However, the city mistakenly did not consider diverse traffic conditions in each region. The bike lanes eventually caused traffic congestions, and turned out a massive parking space.
The already existing bike lanes along the sidewalks has been dominated by pedestrians and even trees for a long time. You will realize that there won't be any big change even if filing civil complaints. The yellow line on the left side of the logo means protection, so you can see it as we are here to save the bike lanes.No cars are allowed.One more Bike, One less Car"

Some pretty popular looking night rides with incorporated movie viewing of cool stuff like of Lucas Brunelle's Line of Sight full movie, Wolfpack Hustle Marathon Crash Race II and a others. Looks like there's a nice scene developing over there!

Cycling City HELLsinki
This made me LOL a little as it's part of my daily commute. That same block has been under construction works for well over a year now and the street is blocked just like that every damn day.

You will love these: SKS Raceblade Long
The rainy season is here already, and these look just fabulous. Standard short Raceblades are IMHO the best snap-on fenders by far so I have high very hopes for these. And for the record, I've tried Crud Roadracers but really couldn't get them installed satisfactorily on any of my bikes despite hard efforts.
